• Digital items, being digital, cannot be refunded. Digital items are for personal use only, redistribution is not permitted.
• Coupon codes must be applied before payment, we aren't able to add the coupon to your order after it has been confirmed.
• Reproduction of my artworks or products of any kind are strictly prohibited
• We quality check all our products before we ship, but of course accidents do happen once in a while! Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and we will do our best to make things right and make you happy :)
