How long will it take to ship my order? / What is your shipping policy?
Shipping can take up to 2 weeks but will usually ship quicker. Washi only orders may ship the next business day!
Can I get a refund on an item? / What is your refund policy?
We quality check all our products before we ship, but of course accidents do happen once in a while! Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and we will do our best to make things right and make you happy :) .
Digital items, being digital, cannot be refunded.
